We appreciated the opportunity to meet face to face and resolve the <br /> concerns. <br /> As I mentioned in my subsequent phone cail to James, we will be including the removal of the center island (in <br /> front of the Arden Woods office building) within the scope of work to be completed during the modifications, As <br /> was discussed at the meeting. by adding this additional work to the project, we will have met the Fire <br /> Department's need for access to the southwest side of the building, Additionally, I will send a letter to Eric directly <br /> (copying James and Dave) that will outline the phase out of the outside tenancy of the building, which will in turn <br /> provide a timeline for the sprinklering of the site. With these two actions. Eric agreed to withdraw the concern <br /> about the Lexington Ave closure ahead of complete sprinklering of the building, <br /> With respect to the other comments about the Arden Woods modifications, the address of the building will remain <br /> 4105 Lexington Ave North and there will be no less than 13 feet 6 inches of unobstructed vertical clearance from <br /> County Road F. <br />. Finally, with respect to the Guidant Drive South comments, we provided plans that were acceptable to Eric which <br /> showed the turning radii from either direction, And we agreed to post the north side of Guidant Drive South as <br /> "No Parking" in the area to be modified when the project is complete. <br /> Please let me know if you have any questions. While I do not <br />. think that his comments will delay Guidant's application, his recommended conditions for approval are fairly <br /> substantial. His letter will be included with the report to the Planning Commission and will be included with my <br /> recommended conditions for approval.
