COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-05 <br />I A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR 1997 <br />I WHEREAS, Section 13-24 of the Arden Hills City Code provides that permit/license fees be <br /> established from time to time by Resolution adopted by the City Council; and <br />I WHEREAS, staff provided several revisions to the fee schedule to the City Council at its <br /> August 19, 1996 Worksession meeting; and <br />I WHEREAS, the Council has expressed a desire to review the fee schedule on a regular basis; <br /> and <br />I WHEREAS, staff has completed a formal review of all fees charged by the City, and would <br /> recommend that several of these fees be revised for 1997; <br />I NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that <br /> the attached fee schedule be adopted: <br />Ie (See Attachment A) <br />I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these fees shall become effective January 1, 1997. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />I THIS 2ND DAY OF JANUARY, 1997. <br />I <br />I DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br />I <br />I BRIAN FRITSINGER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />I <br />f' <br />I <br />
