<br /> I ,,~, <br /> I ARTICLE 7 <br /> ,. Provision of New Permanent Jobs <br /> Section 7.1, Employment Objective. The Developer agrees to take affirmative action to ensure <br /> I that 70 new permanent jobs will be created by the Project. New jobs created are eligible as of <br /> October 9, 1995. Al1 70 of the new jobs are required to pay an hourly wage of $10.00 or more <br /> excludinQ benefits. The new full time permanent jobs must be created by August 31, 1998. <br /> I Section 7.2, Employment Documentation, The Developer shall complete and provide to the <br /> City notification of employment semi-annually of hiring each new employee for the first two (2) <br /> I years and annually for the remaining three (3) years. <br /> Section 7.3, Job Creation Documentation. The grantee must include job creation information <br /> I in each semi-annual progress report. This information shall be provided by the Developer and <br /> must include: <br /> I (I) jobs created; <br /> I (2) job title per job <br /> (3) date employee(s) hired <br /> Ie (4) hourly wages excludinQ benefit <br /> I (5) hourly value of benefits; and <br /> (6) type of benefits. <br /> I Section 7.4, First Source Employment Referral Agreement.
