City Issues - Short Term <br />I a. Discuss Final Preparations for Town Hall Meeting <br /> All final preparations have been provided to Bethel College and the caterer. A <br />I memorandum will be provided at the meeting updating the various items <br /> discussed at the last Council meeting. <br />.. b. Gateway Business District <br /> Mr. Ringwald has prepared a memorandum for the City Council which addresses <br /> several of the issues which need to be discussed in the Gateway Business District. <br />I c.
