<br /> I' - fKUiblj A 'I: <br /> , <br /> I STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ~ COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RESOLUTION 96-52 <br /> 1 RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE RELEASE OF CERTAIN RIGHT'S OF WAY <br /> I BY THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> IN THE GATEWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> 1 WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has been attempting to develop the Gateway Business <br /> District at the northeast comer ofInterstate 694 and Interstate 35W; and <br /> I WHEREAS, a developer has approached the City to develop a parcel within the Gateway <br /> Business District; and <br /> I WHEREAS, the property under consideration for this development requires certain accesses to <br /> local streets which currently cannot be met, due to the presence of excess right of way which is <br /> I under the jurisdiction of the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Ie Minnesota that it requests the Minnesota Department of Transportation to release the excess right <br /> of way in the Gateway Business District to the City of Arden Hills. <br /> I PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 9TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1996. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I ATTEST: <br /> I <br /> , <br /> lTY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> I <br /> I <br /> t' <br /> 1 <br /> ----_._~--- <br />
