Rental Income Shortfalls. In the event tha.t MANS <br />fails to meet the annual rental income requirement <br />as defined in Articles V.B.l. and V.B.2. above, <br />I MANS will first use the escrow fund that will be <br />establiehed and funded aB provided in this <br />agreement. If the monies available in the escrow <br />fund are insufficient to meet the annual ice time <br />I financial obligations, any shortfalls will be split <br />by MANS in the following manner: <br /> <br />I TOTAL <br />% POP. % PART. The participant' s percentages (% PART.) <br />Ie will be adjusted annually based on the actual <br />nu1llber of parti.cipants by community provided by the <br />HOCKEY ASSOCIATIONS. <br /> <br />I VI. USE OF ICE. <br /> <br />A. The HOCKEY ASSOCIATIONS will have the right to schedule <br />I at least 80% of the available ice rental time at the <br />National Sports Center Ice Complex at tbe regular hourly <br />rate during the "Prime Time". as long as it does not <br />I conflict with the obligations set forth in the Master <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />B. The HOCKEY ASSOCIATIONS will have the opportunity to host <br />I a tournament using all four ice surfaces for one weekend <br />during the prime time period, consistent with the <br />provisions of the Master Agreement. <br /> <br />I C. MANS agrees to provide the HOCKEY ASSOCIAT10NS first <br />opportuni.ty to reserve additional ice time at the regular <br />hourly rate during prime time that is not used for other <br />I ccmanunity programs. <br /> <br />D. The HOCKEY ASSOCIATIONS agree to provide both prime time <br />I and non-prime time iC: to hoth boys' and girls' youth <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />.. <br />I <br />
