<br /> -- <br />.' <br /> City of Arden Hills Chapter 4 Animals and Pets <br />. <br />It Subd.8 Diseased Dog. "Diseased Dog" shall mean any dog which has been found to <br /> be infected with any disease which may creates a risk to the public safety. <br />I <br />I Subd. 9 Domestic Animal. "Domestic Animal" shall mean any domesticated dog or <br />I cat commonly accepted as household pets. <br />I Subd. 10 Wild or Exotic Animal. "Wild or Exotic Animal" shall mean any mammal, <br />I amphibian, reptile, or bird which is of a species not usually domesticated and of a species <br /> -- <br /> which, due to size, wild nature, or other characteristics, is dangerous to humans and <br />I would ordinarily be confined in a zoo or found in the wild. The term shall include <br />.. animals and birds the keeping of which is licensed by the State or Federal government, <br />I such as wolves, raptors, and pheasants. The term shall also include, but not be limited <br /> to, the following: <br />I <br />I A. Any large cat of the family "felidae", such as lions, tigers, jaguars, cougars, <br /> leopards, and ocelots, but excluding commonly accepted domesticated house cats. <br />I <br />I B. Any member of the family "canidae", such as wolves, coyotes, dingoes, and <br />I jackals, but excluding commonly accepted domesticated dogs. <br />I C. Any crossbreed such as crossbreeds between dogs and coyotes, or dogs and <br />f' wolves, but excluding crossbreeds between species of dogs or cats. <br />I 4-3 <br />
