No person shall mix or prepare liquor for consumption in I <br />any public place or place of business unless it has a license to sellliqunr "on-sale" or a permit from I <br />the liquor control director under Minnesota Statutes, Section 340A.414 and no person shall 1 <br />consume liquor in any such place. <br /> I <br />510.08 Minors. 1 <br />Subd. 1 Employment. No person under the age of twenty-one shall be employed in any I <br />rooms constituting the place in which intoxicating liquors are sold at retail "on-sale," except .. <br />that persons under 21 but at least 18 years of age may be employed as musicians or to <br />perform the duties ef such as serving, cooking, table bussing or dishwashing services in I <br />places defined either in this Chapter or in Chapter 340A of Minnesota Statutes, as the case I <br />may be, as a "restaurant," "hotel" or "motel" serving food in rooms in which intoxicating I <br />liquors are sold at retail "on-sale." N2k: This subdivision could be replaced by the <br />following: No person under the age of 21 shall enter a licensed liquor establishment except I <br />as permitted by Statute for employment purposes, the consumption of meals, or to attend I <br />social functions in an area separated from the serving of alcohol. <br />State law reference-Similar provisions, Minn.
