<br />I <br /> City of Arden Hills Chapter 5 Alcoholic Beverages <br />I <br />" theater, recreation hall or center, dance hall, ball park or other place of public gathering used for <br /> the purpose of entertainment, amusement or playing of games. <br />1 <br />I 520.07 Sale Restricted. No beer or malt liquor shall be sold or served to any intoxicated person <br />I or any minor under the age of 21 years. <br />I 520.08 Misrepresentation of Age. No minQr shall misrepresent his or her age for the purpose of <br />I obtaining beer or malt liquor. <br />I 520.09 Employment of Minors. No person under the age of twenty-one shall be employed in any <br />.. rooms constituting the place in which beer or malt liquor is sold at retail "on-sale," except that <br />I persons under 21 but at least 18 years of age may be employed as musicians or to perform the <br /> duties of table bussing or dishwashing services in places defmed either in this Chapter or in Chapter <br />I 340A of Minnesota Statutes, as the case may be, as a "restaurant," "hotel" or "motel" serving food <br />1 in rooms in which beer or malt liquor is sold at retail "on-sale." <br /> State law reference-Similar provisions, Minn. Stat. ~ 340A.503. <br />1 <br />I 520.10 Procurement for Minors. No person other than the parent or legal guardian shall procure <br />I beer or malt liquor for any minor. <br />I 520.11 Possession by Minors.
