Anoka County has scheduled the Financing Approval on January 28, 1997, Anoka County <br />1 requires ample time to review the approved agreements before the Jan. 28 deadline. <br /> 2) As per the Mastet Agreement on page 10 we need all parties to approve the "proposed <br />I design" (attached) with appropriate language. Please note ,hac the Joint Powers Board will <br /> have an opportunity to review the schematic design documents in 60-90 days. <br /> Note: If items 1 & 2 cannot be executed by Jan. 28, the entire project srarts to get behind <br />I schedule.
