Mr. Fritsinger indicated that portion was specific to wild/exotic animals. <br /> Councilmember Keirn inquired regarding 410.0 I, if the keeper would now be referred to simply <br /> I as the owner. Mr. Fritsinger answered affirmatively. <br /> Councilmember Malone inquired if a dairy farm would be prohibited by the City. Mr. Fritsinger <br /> I indicated this would be a zoning and land use issue. <br /> A discussion ensued regarding the nuisance definition as it applies to minks being raised for <br /> I pelts. It was generally agreed that an operation of that scale would not be approved by the City. <br /> Ie Chapter 5 - Alcoholic Beverages <br /> Revised Chapter 5 is the current Chapter 3. LMC answers several of Mr. Fritsinger's questions <br /> regarding the use of alcohol in Arden Hills.
