In the event that SAMN <br />fails to meet the annual rental income requirement <br />I as defined in Articles V.B.l. and V.B.2. above, <br />SAMN will first use the escrow fund that will be <br />established and funded as provided in this <br />agreement. If the monies available in the escrow <br />I fund are insufficient to meet the annual ice time <br />financial obligations, any shortfalls will be split <br />by SAMN in the following manner: <br /> <br />I TOTAL <br />% POP. % PART. SHORTFALL <br />CITY x.5 + x .5 PERCENTAGE <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AH 6.5% 9.0% 15.5% <br />I MV 9.0% 4.0% 13.0% <br />NB 16.0% 9.5% 25.5% <br />SV 18.5% 27.5% 46.0% <br /> <br />I The population percentages ( .. POP. ) will be <br />adjusted annually based on the Metropoli tan <br />Council's population estimate and the United States <br />I. census. The participant's percentages (" PART.) <br />will be adjusted annually based on the actual <br />number of participants by community provided by the <br />I HOCKEY ASSOCIATIONS. <br /> <br />C. Use of Ice. <br /> <br />I 1. The HOCKEY ASSOCIATIONS will have the right to <br />schedule at least 80% of the available ice rental <br />time at the National Sports Center Ice Complex at <br />I the regular hourly rate during the "Prime Time", as <br />long as it does not conflict with the obligations <br />set forth in the Master Agreement. <br /> <br />I 2. The HOCKEY ASSOCIATIONS will have the opportunity <br />to host a tournament using all four ice surfaces <br />for one weekend during the prime time period, <br />I consistent with the provisions of the Master <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />I 3. SAMN agrees to provide the HOCKEY ASSOCIATIONS <br />first opportunity to reserve additional ice time at <br />the regular hourly rate during prime time that is <br />not used for other community programs. <br /> <br />I <br />f' 5 <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />---_.....~ <br />
