Any organization applying for a new permit which will be effective after January 1, <br /> I 1991, shall provide the City with a certified statement containing the organization's projec- <br /> tion of gross receipts and total prizes for all lawful gambling activities to be conducted in <br /> I the City during the year in which the permit will be effective. <br /> I <br /> Subd. 11 Lawful Gambling Fund. All organizations permitted to conduct lawful gambling <br /> I within the City shall contribute ten (10) percent of their net profits derived from lawful <br /> .. gambling activities within the City to a special fund to be administered by the City Council for <br /> lawful purposes. Payments to the fund shall be calculated for quarterly periods ending on the <br /> I last days of March, June, September and December of each year. Quarterly installment <br /> I payments shall be submitted together with verifiable supporting documentation, not later than <br /> I the twentieth day of the month following the end of the quarterly period. <br /> I Subd. 12 Trade Area Restriction. An organization authorized and permitted to conduct <br /> I lawful gambling within the City shall expend fifty (50) percent of its net profit on lawful <br /> purposes conducted or located within the trade area. <br /> I <br /> I Subd. 13 Location of Lawful Gambling Operations. l'fu.tf : This language has been <br /> ,. substituted for city's.
