Inc.. 4100 Hamline Avenue. <br /> pun Amendment . <br /> The Planning Commission recommended approval of the requested PUD <br /> Amendment for CPI/Guidant. <br />c, Highway 96 I <br /> 1. Lexington Avenue Intersection Plans/Cost Particination <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the cost participation in the I <br /> Lexington Avenue intersection improvement which is part of the <br /> Shoreview segment of the Highway 96 reconstructiou project. The cost is <br /> estimated at $19,544 for storm sewer, and $5,000 for the EVP system. I <br /> 2. Signal Agreement <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the traffic signal agreement for the I <br /> future repair and maintenance of the signals at Lexington and Highway 96. <br /> 3. Alignment of Roadway I <br /> Ramsey County has prepared revised plans for the alignment of Highway <br /> 96 in the area of Round Lake and Arden Manor. The revised alignment " <br /> has moved the trail to the south side of the road. However, with the <br /> required R-O- W, there still is au expected impact on the homeowners <br /> along Highway 96. The County does not feel that any encroachment into I <br /> Round Lake is possible. The County is asking the Council to approve the <br /> proposed alignment so plan preparation can begin. <br />d. Chapter 3 Municipal Code Review I <br /> The City Council is asked to provide comments or questions on Chapter 3, Arden <br /> Hills City Code. I <br />e. Ramsey County GIS Users Group Joint Powers Agreement <br /> The City Council is asked to participate in the Ramsey County GIS Users Group I <br /> by executing the proposed Joint Powers Agreement. The purpose of joining this <br /> group is to have access to the base line data required to operate a GIS system. I I <br /> expect staff to approach the City Council at a future meeting with a <br /> recommendation regarding the purchase of equipment and other services related <br /> to an Arden Hills GIS system. I <br />f. Committee Appointments <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the recommendations of Mayor Probst for I <br /> appointments to the various committees/commissions for 1997. The City Council <br /> is also asked to clarify several related issues. .. <br /> I <br /> ------- <br />
