In the event the Council denies the application, the <br /> Administrator shall furnish the applicant with a written document advising him or her <br /> I of the denial and specifying the factual bases and reasoning upon which the denial was <br /> I predicated. No application for a license which has been denied by the Council shall <br /> I be resubmitted for a period of at least one (1) year from the date on which the <br /> application was denied. <br /> I <br /> ~ 6.
