Illumination. All rooms in the licensed premises shall be illuminated with not less <br /> I than thirty (30) footcandles of illumination. <br /> . <br /> I 7. Janitor's Closet. Each establishment shall have a janitor's closet which shall <br /> provide for the storage of cleaning supplies. Locker Facilities in Sauna or Massage Parlors. Sauna or massage parlors shall be <br /> I equipped with locker facilities for use by patrons. Sufficient facilities shall be <br /> I furnished so that each patron will have a separate compartment available for the <br /> storage of clothing and valuables.
