<br /> I <br /> I City of Arden Hills Chapter 3 Licenses and Regulations <br /> ~ an occupancy or guest register by which each patron of the sauna, rap or massage <br /> I parlor must register his or her name, age, address and phone number, and each <br /> licensee, or person in his or her employ, shall require each patron to furnish <br /> I identification describing and identifying his or her correct name, age, address and <br /> I phone number. Such occupancy or guest register shall be available for inspection at <br /> all times by officers, employees or agents of the City or any other agency or political <br /> I subdivision of the State of Minnesota or United States Government. Occupancy or <br /> . guest registers must be kept by the licensee for a period of not less than two (2) years <br /> I after all of its pages have been filled. <br /> Ie 7. Inspection by City Officers and Identification of Employees. Licensee shall allow <br /> I his or her entire premises to be inspected by the building inspector, health officer, any <br /> police officer or member of the fire department, and any other officer, employee or <br /> I agent of the City or the State of Minnesota, or the United States Government. Upon <br /> I demand by any police officer, any person engaged in providing services in any <br /> I licensed premises shall identify himself or herself by giving his or her true legal name <br /> and his or her correct address. <br /> . <br /> I 8. Designation of Manager. If the licensee is a partnership or a corporation, it shall <br /> designate a person to be manager of the business. Such person shall remain <br /> I responsible for the conduct of the business until another single person has been <br /> re designated in writing by the licensee.
