City Issues - Short Term <br /> I a. Review CounciI/Department Head Retreat Preparation Items <br /> Enclosed, the City Council will find the proposal from TeamWorks for the March <br /> I 21 & 22 Retreat. This proposal includes both the agenda for the retreat and cost <br /> estimate for conducting the meeting. I will also briefly discuss some last minute <br /> logistical items. <br /> -- b, Review Town Hall Meetin~ <br /> I would like to briefly review any follow-up thoughts regarding the Town Hall <br /> I meeting and discuss plans for 1998. <br /> c. Review 1997 Street Improvement Assessments <br /> I Mr. Stonehouse will be in attendance to review the status of the proposed <br /> assessment roll for the 1997 Street Improvement Program. <br /> I 2. Discussion with Tony Bennett. Ramsev County Commissioner <br /> Commissioner Bennett will be present to discuss a variety of issues which may include <br /> I Tony Schmidt Park, Highway 96, TCAAP, or other items. <br /> 3. City Issues - Long Term <br /> I a. Gateway Business District <br /> Mr. Ringwald would like to discuss a variety of issues related to the development <br /> of the Gateway Business District. <br /> I b.
