This is to be based upon the broad context of city mission and needs <br /> with emphasis on capacity of the city structure to address that set of operational <br /> priorities <br /> 2) Develop skill in introductory elements of participative processes of dialog and <br /> I decision making. <br /> Process Concept: <br /> I A facilitative, highly interactive set of workshops that allow four major movements <br /> in learning and decision making: <br /> I ~ Background in Participation Theory basics, group development of <br /> Environments of Participation, and the linking of personal behaviors with <br /> team development. <br /> I ~ A Mission Dialog Workshop to explore such questions such as <br /> _ Village or City, what are we called to be? <br /> Ie _ What are the Differences that make a Difference? <br /> _ How do we spend our time, what really is our focus, what is our unused <br /> capacity ? <br /> I ~ A Prioritization I Planning Workshop to explore such questions such as <br /> _ What components of the March 01, 1996 Retreat; <br /> I are Green items, need to stay, priority components of mission? <br /> are Yellow items, need no present action, lower priority? <br /> are Red items, need to be stopped, no priority? <br /> I ~ How can our capacity be optimized and matched with the at least the Green <br /> Light components? <br /> _ What combination of action items, timing and key events worth celebration <br /> can most strongly influence the meeting of our Mission? <br /> I ~ Presentation and experiential training in the introductory elements of the <br /> participative processes of dialog and decision making. <br /> I Time I Cost Estimations: <br /> Steps Time Cost Estimate <br /> I Co~design, Approval of process 3 hours $ NC <br /> I 1/2 day workshops 12 hours $ 1,500.00 <br /> Documentation report 3 hours $ 375.00 <br /> I Process Preparation 2 hours $ NC <br /> Consumable supplies, travel etc.. $ NC <br /> --------- <br /> --------- <br /> ~ Estimated Total 20 hours $ I, 875.00 <br /> I <br />
