<br /> I. <br /> Ie STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> I RESOLUTION 97-13 <br /> I A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 1997 STREET <br /> IMPROVEMENTS ASSESSMENT RATES <br /> I WHEREAS, upon completion of a preliminary report, the City of Arden Hills ordered the <br /> making of the 1997 Street Improvements; and, <br /> I WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills authorized the preparation of detailed plans and <br /> specifications addressing the necessary requirements of the 1997 Street <br /> I Improvements; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the 1997 Street Improvements might consist <br /> I of three distinct levels of street reconstruction, rehabilitation, or maintenance; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> I ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. ... The residential property assessment rate for complete street reconstruction, including <br /> II pavement removal, subgrade correction, grading, compaction, concrete curb and gutter <br /> construction, paving, and restoration shall be established at $ per assessable foot of <br /> frontage, as per the City's assessment policy. <br /> I 2. The residential property assessment rate for pavement rehabilitation in the form of <br /> bituminous reclamation, including pavement removal, compaction, paving, and restoration <br /> I shall be established at $23.71 per assessable foot of frontage, as per the City's assessment <br /> policy. <br /> I 3.
