<br />I' DRAfT <br />~e ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORKSESSION - MARCH 17. 1997 7 <br />I Mr. Ringwald reviewed various property tax valuations in relation to pending TIF. <br />1 Acting Mayor, Susan Keim, clarified the direction staff was seeking, including; <br /> postponing Phase II, Harstad property acquisition, prioritization of staff's work plan. <br />I City Administrator Fritsinger referred to the work program staff had prepared for Council <br /> information and review. <br />I Mr. Ringwald encouraged Councilmembers to contact him, following their reflection on <br /> the work program and areas addressed.
