... 'I STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY 1 CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RESOLUTION NO. 97-16 .. A RESOLUTION REVISING RESOLUTION NO. 96-36, FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL RESULTING FROM SETTLEMENT I WHEREAS, on May 28, 1996, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Resolution No. 96-36 which levied special assessments against various parcels within the City as a result of a road I improvement project; and WHEREAS, a copy of Resolution No. 96-36 and the special assessment roll adopted by such I Resolution is attached as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of Resolution No. 96-36, Leroy Albjerg and Bernice I Albjerg, who are the owners of Parcel No.4 (PIN No.: 28-30-23-44-0042) appealed the levy of the special assessment to the Ramsey County District Court; and I WHEREAS, the owners of Parcel No.4 intend to pay the 1997 special assessment installment as originally levied, along with their 1997 real estate taxes; and . WHEREAS, the City has now resolved the appeal filed by the owners of Parcel No.4 and wishes to amend the assessment roll originally adopted by Resolution No. 96-36 to reflect the .. result of such settlement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF . ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: The Arden Hills City Council hereby requests and authorizes the County auditor to I amend the assessment roll adopted by Resolution No. 96-36 as it relates to Parcel No.4, PIN No.: 28-30-23-44-0042, Albjerg, so that it reflects that the principal amount due and I payable after payment of the 1997 special assessment installment is in the amount of $195.08, and that such amended amount be spread over the remaining term of the assessment roll together with accrued interest thereon.
