During the last week, the site has been reviewed and wetlands delineated in the <br /> vicinity of the proposed construction by our wetland specialist, Derek Johnson and Mr. John <br /> Anderson of EnviroData. Please refer to the attached Wetland Delineation Report prepared <br /> I by Mr. John Anderson of EnviroData. District staff has reviewed and approved the wetland <br /> delineation in the vicinity of the proposed building and parking lot. <br /> 2 The legal document granting an easement over the existing wetlands adjacent to the proposed <br /> I construction and the proposed storm water pond has been completed by a registered <br /> surveyor. Regarding the easements over all on-site wetlands, ponds and other hydraulic <br /> features currently within existing easements, please be advised that we have had our surveyor <br /> I stake the corners of the existing easements. Mr. Johnson then checked the edges of the <br /> existing wetlands and other hydraulic features against the easement boundaries. Mr. Johnson <br /> I found that some of the existing wetlands and a pond near the north end of the site, are not <br /> wholly within the existing easements. It is our intent to revise and add easements around <br /> these features by April 21, 1997. <br /> 3.
