The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR I <br /> A. Claims and Payroll <br /> B. Resolution #97 -16, Albjerg Settlement, 1996 Street Improvement Project I <br /> C. Change to Summer Hours <br /> MOTION: Malone moved and Keirn seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as I <br /> submitted and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br /> The motion carried unanimously (5-0), <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS I <br /> There were no public comments. I <br /> UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> A. Planning Case #97-04, Enterprise Car Rental, 3761 Lexington Avenue, Amended I <br /> SUP <br /> Kevin Ringwald, Community Development Director, gave a brief background of this case. He .. <br /> stated the applicant is requesting approval of a Special Use Permit to operate a vehicle I <br /> leasing/rental company in a bay of the Goodyear building at 3761 Lexington Avenue, The <br /> applicant would have at most ten (10) leasing/rental cars onsite at anyone time. The applicant <br /> wishes to install an overhead garage door in the bay so that they may clean the vehicles onsite. I <br /> Mr. Ringwald discussed issues that the Planning Commission had regarding this case, and how <br /> those issues had been resolved, They included the following: I <br /> 1. The applicant had modified the proposed signage so that two "canned signs" do not exceed <br /> 45 square feet each, This modification was consistent with Planning Commission I <br /> recommendations. <br /> 2. The applicant had modified the site plan so that only two parking spaces would be eliminated <br /> on this site. This modification was consistent with Planning Commission recommendations. I <br /> Mr. Ringwald stated the Planning Commission had approved this case contingent on the I <br /> following five recommendations: <br /> 1. Provision of a "canned sign" on the south bay elevation not to exceed 45 square feet in area; I <br /> 2. Provision of a "canned sign" on the east bay elevation not to exceed 45 square feet in area; <br /> 3. Maintenance of ninety-one (91) parking spaces, including the service bay as one parking -- <br /> space; <br /> I <br /> - " ----------_._---~----------- <br />
