Approval of Minutes <br /> The Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the April 28, 1997 Regular Council <br /> Ie meeting. <br /> 2. Consent Calendar <br /> I a. Claims and Payroll <br /> The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of $295,294.72, and bi- <br /> I weekly payroll for the period ended April 25, 1997. The Council should note <br /> payments of$98,097.28 to the City of Roseville for first quarter water purchases; <br /> I $27,553.77 to Arden Hills Development Corporation for final 1996 TIF <br /> installment payment at Cottage Villas; and $27,000.00 to MCES for 1996 SAC <br /> charges related to the International Paper building expansion. <br /> I b. Rubbish Hauler License No. 97-16 <br /> Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Rubbish Hauler license <br /> I application (#97-16) from Randy's Sanitation, Inc. <br /> 3. Unfinished and New Business <br /> I a. Crime PreventionlRamsev County Sheriff. Bob Fletcher <br /> Various individuals representing the Ramsey County Sheriffs Department will be <br /> I present to meet with the City Council and discuss the new Crime Prevention <br /> Program.
