<br /> . <br /> I CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> f' <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> I DATE: May 6, 1997 <br /> TO: Brian Fritsinger, City Administrator <br /> I FROM: Terrance Post, City Accountant @ <br /> I SUBJECT: Apportionmcnt of Improvement Assessments Resulting from Plat <br /> Division #DA 065837 <br /> I At the May 12, 1997 regularly scheduled Council meeting, Council will be asked to consider <br /> adopting two resolutions that pertain to the apportionment of assessments resulting from a <br /> I property division by Ramsey County Records and Revenue. Following is a brief description of <br /> these recommended resolution actions. <br /> I RcsoIution #97-25 (Division No. DA 065837) <br /> The remaining 35.7 acre Control Data parcel has been subsequently platted into three parcels. <br /> This resolution specifically apportions assessments pertaining to Improvement "IMP W-78-5" <br /> Ie (DIP No. I 783) between the smaller remaining 23.8 acre Control Data property and a 10.5 acre <br /> CSM parcel. Assessments were not apportioned to the new .9 acre parcel given to the City of <br /> I Arden Hills for an expanded pedestrian and bicycle easement in partial satisfaction of park <br /> dedication requirements. <br /> I Council may recall earlier action on November 27, 1995, wherein the original 41.9 acre Control <br /> Data parcel was replatted to accommodate the two new Dynamark building parcels. <br /> I The improvement was apportioned on the basis of square footage of the remaining taxable <br /> parcels in the following manner: <br /> I Previous <br /> apportioned New <br /> assessment apportioned <br /> .
