Architectural Alliance I <br /> The Council is asked to consider authorizing staff to negotiate and execute a <br /> contract with Architectural Alliance for architectural services related to the design I <br /> of City HaiL The selection of Architectural Alliance is a result of the interviews <br /> held on May 12 and 13. <br /> d. 1996 Audit Findin~. Abdo. Abdo & Eick I <br /> The Council may wish to consider the receipt of the 1996 audit findings which <br /> will be presented by Abdo, Abdo & Eick. I <br /> 4. Unfinished and New Business <br /> a. Bob Fletcher. Award Presentation I <br /> Sheriff Fletcher will be in attendance to present awards to the Arden View II <br /> Kiwanis and the Arden Hills Girls Scouts for their dedication and commitment to <br /> the Sheriff's Youth Literacy Program. <br /> b. Metro East Development. David Piggott. Executive Director I <br /> Mr. Piggott would like to make a presentation to the City Council on the activities <br /> of the Metro East Development Partnership. The City did not budget for I <br /> membership in this organization in 1997. <br /> c. Resolution #97-29. Gatewav Business District (GBD) Feasibili(y Rl:J)ort I <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #97-29, accepting the Gateway <br /> Business District (GaD) Feasibility Report and Ordering the Preparation ofPlans <br /> and Specifications. The project to be scheduled for 1997 will be the construction I <br /> of the relocated Fourteenth Street and the water/sanitary sewer/storm sewer <br /> improvements related to this component of the project. Related to this subject, <br /> staff has confirmed City ownership of the IS" sanitary line which runs across the I <br /> Naegele property. MCES does not take ownership of the line until it nears 1-35W. <br /> S. Department Report I <br /> The City Council will find the department report enclosed for each of the various City <br /> Departments.
