<br /> - - <br /> I <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA I <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY .. <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-29 . <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF I <br />THE GA TEW A Y BUSINESS DISTRICT STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report ordered by the City Council on April 14, 1997 has been I <br />prepared with reference to the Gateway Business District Utility Improvements and the <br />Fourteenth Street NE Street Improvements, and was received by the City Council on May 19, <br />1997; and I <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report and subsequent City staff evaluations have resulted in the <br />recommendation that the proposed improvement is necessary, technically, and economically I <br />feasible; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the information presented within the I <br />Feasibility Report; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF -- <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Council will consider the 1997 Phase of the improvement as described in I <br /> the Feasibility Report and the possible assessment of the property abutting this <br /> proposed improvement for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement I <br /> pursuant to the Minnesota Statutes, Section 429 at an estimated total cost for the <br /> improvement of $1,195,200. <br />2. Howard R. GreenlMSA Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as Project I <br /> Engineer for this improvement.
