<br /> I <br /> City of Arden Hills, Minnesota ~ <br /> Modification to the <br /> Development Program for I <br /> Development District No.1 <br /> May27,I997 I <br /> Background <br /> This document was prepared to modify the Development Program that was adopted by the City Council on . <br /> June 26, 1989 and modified on April 26, ] 993. On June 26, 1989, the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota adopted <br /> a Development Program. The changes herein are intended to supplement the existing Development Program I <br /> and modifications on file with the City of Arden Hills. <br /> Introduction to Mav 27, 1997 Modifications I <br /> The following text represents a modification to the Development Program for Development District No. I I <br /> ("Development District No. I "). Generally, the substantive changes include changes to Development District <br /> No. I boundaries and budget modifications to the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing <br /> Districts Nos. I, 2, and 3. <br /> For further information, a review of the Development Program for Development District No. I, adopted June -- <br /> 26, 1989, and modified on April 26, 1993; the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing <br /> Districts Nos. ] and 2, adopted June 26, 1989, and the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment I <br /> Financing District No. 3 adopted April 26, 1993, is recommended. They are available from the City <br /> Administrator's office of the City of Arden Hills. <br /> Section 1.5 Estimated Public Costs. The estimated costs of the public improvements to be made within I <br /> Development District No. I and financed by tax increments derived from the Tax Increment Financing <br /> Districts within Development District No. I are described on the attached Exhibit I-A and in each Tax I <br /> Increment Financing Plan. <br /> Section 1.1 0 Boundaries. This modification of Development District No. ] is to increase the District I <br /> boundaries to add a small area of property between two existing areas of the Development District and to <br /> clarify that the boundaries include all internal and adjacent streets and rights-of-way. The boundaries of <br /> Development District No. I are described on the attached Exhibit I-B and illustrated on Exhibit I-C. . <br /> Section 1.11 Parcels to be Acquired.
