Disciplinary action may be instituted against any employee who has violated the safety .. <br /> regulations and responsibilities contained in this Safety Manual. Again, refer to "as <br /> allowed by Arden Hills Personal Policy". The disciplinary measures listed below shall be <br /> considered flexible and shall be related directly to the severity of the violation and the <br /> conditions of the case. . <br /> 1. If the violator erred and did not flagrantly violate safety regulations, a <br /> verbal warning shall be given to the employee. I <br /> 2. If the violator has made a mistake in judgement which is serious enough to . <br /> cause injury or if it is reasonable to assume that negligence or a lack of <br /> common sense occurred, a written warning shall be issued to the <br /> employee. . <br /> 3.
