A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASffiILlTY REPORT AND ORDERING <br /> PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF <br /> I THE GATEWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report ordered by the City Council on April 28, 1997 has been <br /> . prepared with reference to the Gateway Business District Utility Improvements and <br /> the Fourteenth Street Northeast Street Improvements and was received by the City <br /> on May 19, 1997; and <br /> . WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report and subsequent City staff evaluations have resulted in the <br /> . recommendation that the proposed improvement is necessary, technically, and <br /> economically feasible; and <br /> . WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the information presented within the <br /> Feasibility Report; <br /> .. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ARDEN lllLLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> . 1. The City Council will consider the improvement as described in the Feasibility Report and <br /> the possible assessment of the property abutting this proposed improvement for all or a <br /> I portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Minnesota Statutes, Section 429 at <br /> an estimated total cost for the improvement of $1,195,200. <br /> . 2. Howard R. GreenlMSA Consulting Engineers is hereby designated as Project Engineer <br /> for this improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications <br /> for the making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids. <br /> .
