Provision of the street name for the relocated 14th Streel as Gateway Boulevard. I <br /> 2. No issuance of occupancy permits until such time thaI the relocated Round Lake Road is <br /> open for traffic and capable of accepting increased traffic. <br /> 3. Compliance with the approval of the Rice Creek Watershed District. I <br /> 4. Approval of and compliance with an NPDES permit by the MPCA, <br /> 5. Compliance with the City Engineer's letter dated June 24, 1997. <br /> 6. The smallest amount of bare ground is exposed for as short a time as feasible. I <br /> 7. Temporary ground cover, such as mulch, is used and permanent ground cover, such as <br /> sod, is established. <br /> 8. Methods to prevent erosion and trap sediments are employed. I <br /> 9. Fill is stabilized to accepted engineering standards, approved by the City Engineer. <br /> 10. Approval of and compliance with wetland permits by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. I <br /> II. Modification of the landscape plan to provide the required landscape material. <br /> 12. Provision of style of trash enclosures. <br /> 13. Provision of the type and size ofthe three (3) area identification signs. I <br /> 14. Provision of low profile rooftop units painted to match the building's exterior and located <br /> such that they will be screened to prevent direct viewing from the public's right-of-way. <br /> IS. Compliance with the lighting requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. tJ <br /> 16. Determination by the City Council that an Environmental Impact Statement is not <br /> warranted (negative declaration) or EIS adequacy determination is made. <br /> 17. Modification of the landscaping as outlined in Findings - Variance #3, item 2. I <br /> 18. Modification of the building's exteriors (Phase II, III, and IV) as outlined in Findings- <br /> Variance #5, items 2-13. <br /> 19. Modification of the parking spaces to eliminate the variance as outlined in Findings- I <br /> Other Variances, item 3. <br /> 20. Provision of the necessary drainage and utility easements on the plat. <br /> 21. Provision of the necessary access easements (Vaughn Towers) on the plat. 0 I <br /> 22. Extension of the relocated 14th Street to the southeastern-most portion of Lot 3. <br /> 23. Payment andlor dedication of park land as recommended by the Parks and Recreation I <br /> Director. <br /> 24. Execution of all development agreements prior to consideration of the final plat by the <br /> City Council. I <br /> 25. Provision of revised design with more 3-D relieffor the entrances and sides of Phase II <br /> building to the City Council. <br /> 26. Approval by the Fire Chief of all building address locations.
