The approved permit copy is also <br /> attached. I have spoken with Gene Soderbeck , MPCA and he informed me the <br /> permit remains valid for the entire new project. He told me that all we have to' do <br /> I is send him a letter indicating tbe owner and contractor are the same and that the <br /> scope has increased.
