This Agreement, and the Easement granted hereunder shall terminate immediately upon <br /> the extension of 14tll Street southeasterly from its current point of termination to the <br /> northwesterly boundary of the Vaughn property. The Vaughns agree to execute any documents <br /> I necessary to confirm of record termination of such Easement. <br /> 6. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed or be deemed to constitute a <br /> I dedication, express or implied, of any pan of the Easement Area to or for any public use <br /> whatsoever. <br /> I 7. The parties hereto each represent and warrant to the other that the execution, delivery and <br /> performance of this Agreement has been duly authorized by all necessary corporate or partnership <br /> action on its part. <br /> I 8. The terms, conditions, covenants and Easements herein shall run with the land affected <br /> and shall be binding upon all patties hereto and all patties or entities claiming under them in <br /> I perpetuity. <br /> 9.
