LLC. <br /> Ie 1.) Contradictory or incomplete as to the source of water for the commercial facility. <br /> . Item I3c. will be changed to "Yes" to slate that the project will be cormected to the Cily <br /> of Arden Hills public waler service. <br /> I . Application was made to the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) for a permit in <br /> regards to relocation of 14th street which would require an extension of the water main to <br /> J the new road site. Permits are required by both the MPCAand the MDH for this type of <br /> activity. <br /> . An application has already been approved by the City of Arden Hills for cormection to <br /> the water service. <br /> I : <br /> 2.) In the case of any new wells being installed. <br /> . No new wells will be installed on the sile. .' <br /> J 3,) In the case of 11 new watcr supply. <br /> . No new noncommunity water supply will be added to the site. <br /> I 4.) Well Code requires that all wells be protected from possible backfiow or <br /> backsiphonage. <br /> I .
