Gene Hicks informed me that he is currently reviewing Ihe Arden Hills Gateway <br /> Business Center EA W during the comment period. In our conversalion he questioned me regarding I <br /> my method of trip generalion. Specifically, he wanled to latow what trip generalion rates I used in <br /> determining the site generated traffic. I explained that I applied general office and warehousing <br /> trip generation rates published by the Institute of Transportation Engineers to the floor areas fI} <br /> devote<! to each land use within the development. During our conversation it became apparent that <br /> the information I had regarding floor area size and the allocation of office and warehouse space <br /> was inconsislent ,vith the EA W projecl description. Following your suggeslion, I am writing you <br /> 10 provide the answer to his question. I <br /> Attached you will find "Details on Trip Generation for the Arden Hills Galeway Business Center," <br /> This exhibil shows clearly the trip generation method applied consistenl with the EA W project 1 <br /> description. You will notice that the total weekday p.m. peak hour and weekday daily trips are <br /> both less than stated in Ihe EAW.
