<br /> . <br /> ARTICLE I <br /> Definitions <br /> Section 1.1. Definitions. In this Agreement, unless a different meaning clearly appears <br /> from the context: <br /> "Act" means Minnesota Statutes. Sections 469.124-469.134, and Sections 469.090- <br /> 469.108, as amended. <br /> "Agreement" means this Agreement, as the same may be from time to time modified, <br /> amended, or supplemented. <br /> "Assessment Agreement" means the agreement, in the form of the agreement contained in <br /> Schedule C attached to and made a part of this Agreement, among the Redeveloper, the <br /> Authority, and the county assessor of the County, to be entered into pursuant to Section 6.5 of <br /> this Agreement. <br /> c'Assessments" means the special assessments to he levied at!ainst the Redevelopment <br /> . Propertv and Redeveloper Property pnrsuant to Minnesota Statutes. Chapter 429. and Sf'.ction 3.6 <br /> of this Agreement <br /> "Authority" nleans the Arden Hills Economic Development Authority, or its successors <br /> or assigns. <br /> "Authority Acquisition Property" means that portion of the Redevelopment Property <br /> described as such on the attached Schedule A. <br />- "Bonds" meaos the tax increment general obligation bonds to be issued by the City to pay <br />- the costs of the Public Improvements. or any portion thereof.
