If parts of a principal <br /> structure are allowed to encroach to within five feet of the <br /> property line, then these structures would also encroach one I <br /> (I) foot into the required six (6) foot utility and drainage <br /> easement, Structures cannot encroach inro easements, <br /> Suggestion. I <br /> Comment. The Zoning Ordinance allows for stone walls which do not <br /> provide for 30 percem air flow, but does require fences to <br /> provide for this requirement. The Staff does not understand I <br /> the basis for this regulation and therefore requests its <br /> deletion. <br /> Suggestion. Delete Section VI, E, 4, c, of the Zoning Ordinance.
