<br /> Comment. The Zoning Ordinance allows for stone walls which do not
<br /> provide for 30 percem air flow, but does require fences to
<br /> provide for this requirement. The Staff does not understand I
<br /> the basis for this regulation and therefore requests its
<br /> deletion.
