<br />, <br />'. V alentine Court <br />, <br /> Valentine Court had a PCI rating of 31 in 1995 making it a candidate for <br />., reconstruction. Significant alligator, block, and IongitudinaI cracking is present <br /> along Valentine Court as well as rutting, weathering, and raveling, Bitwninous <br /> berm is present with the street draining to an existing CMP storm sewer system at <br />, Valentine Avenue. <br /> It is proposed to reconstruct Valentine Court as a 32-foot wide bituminous street <br />, with B618 concrete curb and gutter as shown on Exhibit 5. Proposed storm sewer <br /> improvements consist of removal of the existing catch basins and CMP storm <br /> sewer, the construction of catch basins to match the proposed curb line, and the <br />, installation of IS-inch RCP storm sewer. <br /> Zone 4 Improvements <br />-- <br /> The proposed improvements within Zone 4 consist of reconstructing Indian Place, Stowe <br /> Avenue from New Brighton Road to Cleveland Avenue, and Edgewater Avenue from <br /> New Brighton Road to 310 feet West of Prior A venue. Streets proposed for rehabilitation <br /> include Lake Lane, Sandeen Road, Edgewater A venue from 310 feet west of Prior <br />- Avenue to the cul-de-sac, and Glenpaul Avenue from New Brighton Road to Cleveland <br />- Avenue. Glenhill Road is proposed for seal coating maintenance. <br />.- Indian Place <br />ala <br />_1 <br />" Indian Place is a short cul-de-sac south of West County Road E with a 1995 PCI <br /> rating of 53. Surmountable concrete curb and gutter exists along the street, <br />- however, it shows extensive cracking and settlement. Surface runoff presently <br />.,. drains to two catch basins located at the intersection with West County Road E. <br />.. Proposed improvements consist of reconstructing Indian Place as a 32-foot wide <br />-- bituminous street with B618 concrete curb and gutter as shown on Exhibit 5. The <br />- diameter of the cul-de-sac will be reduced from 120 feet to 100 feet. Storm <br />- drainage improvements will consist of the removal of the existing catch basins <br />-- and CMP storm sewer, the construction of catch basins to match the proposed <br />- curb line, and the installation of 15-inch RCP storm sewer to facilitate drainage of <br /> the street. <br />.,. <br />- Stowe A venue <br />--- The portion of Stowe Avenue proposed for reconstruction is between New <br />- Brighton Road and Cleveland Avenue and will be designated as part of the City's <br />-. MSA system following the turnback of the roadway from Ramsey County. Stowe <br /> Avenue is a shared street between the cities of Arden Hills and New Brighton. A <br /> PCI rating of 19 was assigned to this portion of Stowe A venue in 1995 indicating <br /> that reconstruction of the street is necessary. Severe alligator, block, and <br />-- longitudinal cracking is present along Stowe A venue with weathering and <br /> raveling also evident throughout the roadway.
