CONCLUSION <br />- <br />- The total estimated project costs are $18,715, $136,390, and $2,361,370 for seal coating, <br /> bituminous overlaying, and reconstruction, respectively. As stated before, the cost will <br /> be financed through the use of City funds and assessments to benefiting properties. City <br />- resources available include the PIR fund, TIP fund, Stonn Water Maintenance Funds, <br /> MSAS Account, Ramsey County Tumback dollars, and available New Brighton funds on <br /> Stowe Avenue.
