Upon <br /> reviewing the application, the Planning Commission voted 3-2 to recommend denial of the <br /> preliminary plat and variance to the City Council. <br /> The City Council reviewed Planning Case #06-013 at their May 22nd, 2006, meeting and voted to <br /> table the application at the request of the applicant.
