I <br /> The attorneys for Naegele have not yet completed their review of the Purchase Agreement, and <br /> as a result, the City has not formally come to terms on the acquisition of the strips of property to <br /> be included in this sale with Welsh. Naegele representatives have assured us that the City will I <br /> receive the Purchase Agreement early next week so it can be reviewed at the September 29, 1997 <br /> City Council meeting, <br /> Recommendation I <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the sale of property to I <br /> Welsh Development Company, LLC substantially in the form presented subject to nonsubstantial <br /> changes being approved by the City's Development Attorney and City Administrator.
