Approval of Minutes <br /> The Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the October 14, 1997 Regular Meeting <br />.. and the October 20, 1997 Council Worksession. <br /> 2. Consent Calendar <br />I a. Claims and Payroll <br /> The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of$184,704.05, and payroll <br />I for the period most recently ended. The Council should note payment to the Cily <br /> of Roseville in the amount of $137,984.78 for third quarter water purchases. <br />I b. Public Safety Commission. Stop Sign Recommendation. Northwoods Drive at <br /> Red Fox Road <br /> The City Council is asked to consider the approval of the placement of a new stop <br />I sign at the comer of Northwoods Drive at Red Fox Road. The Public Safety <br /> Commission reviewed this item and recommended approval of this action. <br />I c. Res. #97-51. Adoptin!! and Confirming Special Assessments for Delinquent <br /> Utilities <br />I The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #97-51, adopting and confirming <br /> special assessments for delinquent utilities. The City Council has historically <br /> . adopted a resolution certifying the delinquent utilities. This year, the City is <br />~e certifying 59 accounts with a total outstanding balance of$25,138.66. <br />I <br />, <br />
