<br /> I <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS I <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY .. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> PROCLAMATION I <br />WHEREAS, a recent United States Census found that approximately 6,000 persons over the age . <br />of 18 in the communities of the Mounds View School District do not have a high school <br />diploma; and <br />WHEREAS, there is a continuing need for literacy, adult basic education, and English as a I <br />second language courses; and <br />WHEREAS, it is important tor the community to know that such programs are available through I <br />the Adult Basic Education program of the Mounds View School District; and I <br />WHEREAS, the Literacy Action Council of the District 621 Adult Basic Education program <br />will host an open house "Celebration of Literacy" for the public on Saturday, November 1, 1997 I <br />at the Ralph R.
