Pursuant to your instructions we hereby apply for an amendment to Planning Case #97-05 approved by <br /> the City Council on April 28, 1997. <br />I Specifically, we are requesting approval of the exterior building materials. You have instructed us the <br /> project was approved with.the understanding by City Staff and City Council that the exterior was all <br /> brick.
