The reason necessitating this <br /> request is: <br />I . Hunters Park does not have a standard set back. <br /> In justification of our request: <br />I . Others in the association have done additions to their <br /> homes. <br />. . The proposed addition would not block the view. of other <br /> neighbors. <br />.. Along the southeast wall of the home, we propose to add a <br /> three season porch on top of a full basement. The dimensions. <br /> of that room would be 14' wide x 24' long. <br />. Along the southwest wall of the home, we propose to add a sun <br /> room on a concrete slab. It would be 9' wide x 18' long. <br /> About 4' of the width would tuck under an existing overhang <br />. on the house. The width would go up to the utility easement. <br /> The addition would have the same type of roof as the existing <br /> home. The siding on the house would be changed to vinyl at <br />I the time of construction.
