Approval of Meetin!! Minutes <br /> The Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the October 27, 1997 Regular Meeting. <br />I 2. Consent Calendar <br /> a. Claims and Payroll <br />'e The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of$150,306.86, and payroll <br /> for the period most recently ended. The Council should note payment to MCES <br /> for November sewer charges in the amount of $48,322; Ramsey County for <br />I November law enforcement in the amount of $49,309; and Howard R. Green for <br /> services through September 12, 1997 in the amount of$18,258,42. <br />I b. Authorization. 1997 Audit Engagement A!!reement <br /> The Council is asked to authorize the engagement of Abdo, Abdo, Eick & Meyers <br />I to audit the financial statements for 1997. The fee for this service is $7,995, as <br /> compared to $7,800 for the 1996 audit. <br />I c. Amended 1997 Bud!!et Recommendations <br /> The City Council is asked to direct staff to make the appropriate revisions to the <br /> 1997 Budget. These changes relate to a shift of revenues and expenditures to the <br />I EDA, and DITED loan activities. <br /> 3. Unfinished and New Business <br />I a. Ramsev Countv Discussion. Jim Tolaas. Arden Manor Mobile Home Park <br />I Jim Tolaas, Ramsey County Public Works, will be in attendance to review the <br /> status and design options being considered for Highway 96. Specifically, the <br /> County will be looking to discuss the segment of Highway 96 from Highway 10 <br />~ to 1-35W, Residents of Arden Manor have been invited to attend the meeting. <br /> The City Council is not being asked to take any specific action at this meeting. <br />I <br />
