Such employee shall receive the amount of the difference between the <br /> employee's regular salary and jury duty payor fees received for service. An employee <br /> shall assign the jury duty pay, less pay received for mileage and expenses, to the City I <br /> and the City shall pay the employee their regular salary for the time served as a juror. <br /> An employee cannot receive more than the employee's normal take-home pay as a result <br /> of any City pay supplement to jury duty pay.
