OCTOBER 27,1997 <br /> 7:25 P.M. - NEW BRIGHTON COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> CALL TO ORDERlROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, President Dennis Probst called to order the <br /> Economic Development Authority (EDA) meeting at 7:25 p.m. <br /> Present: President Dennis Probst, Commissioners Beverly Aplikowski, Susan <br /> Keirn, and Paul Malone. <br /> Absent: Commissioner Dale Hieks <br /> Also present were Executive Director, Kevin Ringwald; SecretarylTreasurer, Brian <br /> Fritsinger; Controller, Terry Post; Public Works Superintendent, Dwayne Stafford; City <br /> Attorney, Jerry Filla; Administrative Secretary, Sheila Stowell; and Reeording Secretary, <br /> Cindy Schneider. <br /> APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA <br />. MOTION: Malone moved and Keirn seconded a motion to adopt the agenda for the October <br /> 27, 1997, Economic Development Authority meeting as presented. The motion <br /> carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A. October 14, 1997, Special Meeting <br /> Commissioner Malone requested the following correction: <br /> Page 4, Paragraph 2, Second Sentence: Strike remainder of sentence after the word <br /> "proeeeds" <br /> Page 8, Paragraph 5: Correct to read: "Commissioner Malone inquired if an incentive <br /> might be built in by tying the additional costs to additional property value in order to <br /> provide an incentive to keep costs down." <br /> MOTION: Malone moved and Keirn seconded a motion to approve the October 14, 1997 <br /> Special Meeting minutes as corrected. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> MISCELLANEOUS COMMENTS <br /> None. <br />. <br />
