COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />I RESOLUTION NO. 97-59 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF DETAILED <br />I PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF THE 1998 <br /> STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />I WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 10th day of November, 1997, fixed a <br /> date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of various City streets within the City of <br /> Arden Hills; and <br />I WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, <br /> and the hearing was held thereon the 8th day of December, 1997, at which all persons desiring to <br />I be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota, that: <br /> 1. Such improvement is necessary, cost effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility <br />.. report. <br />1 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Feasibility Report received by <br /> the City Council on the 8th day of September, 1997. <br /> " BR W Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
